Matome Ramatsui - Pecanwood College Alumni - Class of 2014

Matome Ramatsui, Pecanwood Alumni, class of 2014, has gone on to accomplish many spectacular careers and personal goals in just a few years.
After matriculating from Pecanwood College in 2014, Matome Ramatsui, went on to complete a National Diploma in Fine Arts, at the University of Johannesburg in 2018.
Whilst completing his National Diploma, Ramatsui worked as an Assistant Curator at UJ FADA Gallery, as well as freelancing as an Artist and a Designer.
After completing his National Diploma in 2018, Matome has gone on to Co-found as well as work as a Senior Curator at Johannesburg Art House. Most recently Matome has worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Dedelta Automation and is a Director at Ramatsui Art.
Ramatsui has had the amazing opportunity in his career to host and curate the Diplomatic Exhibition with the Embassy of Hungary. Working with the Embassy of Hungary has allowed Matome to achieve several personal goals such as visiting many major Museums, Galleries and Fairs as well as regularly visiting Art Market Budapest in Hungary.
In his free time, Ramatsui is working on developing a graphic novel as well as various other art projects.
A memory that Matome has from his days at Pecanwood College is the Art Tour in 2012 and 2013, which sparked his love for art.
