Welcome to Aftercare

To provide a safe environment for children who cannot be collected after regular school hours. This service is applicable to children from Grade 0000 to Grade 7.

  • OPERATING TIMES

    Aftercare runs during the term, Monday to Friday from 13h30 to 17h00 at no additional cost, however parents need to register for aftercare termly. 

  • CHILDREN NOT COLLECTED AFTER SCHOOL

    Pre-school Children not collected after school (i.e. by closing time) will be taken to Aftercare and supervised. Parents will be charged R120.00 per afternoon, or part thereof.  

  • GENERAL INFORMATION

    •Parents collecting their children late will be charged R100 per 15 minutes, which will be added to the school fee account.  


    •Parents must contact the teacher on duty at aftercare on to make alternate arrangements if they are delayed in collecting their child. Prep-school: 0769114457, Pre-school 0631136660


    •After-care is not available on the school’s break up days for half term and end of term



  • MEALS

    Parents need to pack sufficient food and drinks for the day, meals are not provided by the school. The tuck-shop will be available.  Pre-Prep parents may leave extra lunch in the fridge in our backing room or at reception with your child’s name on it.  Prep parents can order cooked meals for lunch via the Empact App, which will be delivered to the children at Aftercare at the school’s normal closing times.
